HULL AND DECK
The hull and deck are composite structures built and vacuum laminated on a femal mould with a PVC core, unidirectional fiber ply E-glass and infused epoxy resin. Bulkheads are composite structures with a PVC core, unidirectional fibre, Biaxial ply E- glass and infused resin. Longitudinal and traverse reinforcements are built using resin unidirectional fiber, biaxial ply E- glass

KEEL
Keel with duplex steel structure supporting the lead bulb. The keel is liftable to a minimum draft of 1.70m.
The bulb is of lead-antimony alloy.


FINISH

EXTERIOR
The hull and the deck are finished in white gelcoat. The deck surface is painted with non-slip paint.

INTERIOR
Hull, deck and bilges are internally painted with roller finish white gelcoat.


STEERING SYSTEM

RUDDER AXE AND BLADE
The tiller is a carbon fiber custom tiller. The tapered rudder post (by Jefa DK) is composed of integrally molded unidirectional and biaxial carbon materials that are vacuum laminated. The rudder blade has a PVC core
covered by carbon plies laminated in a female mould.

RUDDER TRUNK AND BEARING
The rudder trunk is a resin tube, laminated to the hull and containing roller bearings by Jefa DK


PROPULSION SYSTEM

ENGINE
The boat is equipped with a inboard engine Saildrive
15HP with:
- Batterie
- Sail-Drive with retractable double bladed propeller
- Control panel installed in cockpit

BILGE PUMP SYSTEM
Whale manual bilge pump in cockpit with CE approved rubber hoses.

INTERIORS
There is one bulk each side and a bow platform for sails storage. Cushions and wooden floor plates are supplied
by the builder.

DECK HARDWARE
All manoeuvrings are fold out and situated in special carter under deck.

PULPITS AND STANCHIONS
Pulpits and stanchions are composed by a 25 mm stainless steel AISI 316 tube with two stays.

HATCHES
The cockpit is equipped with an under –deck locker with
an openable hatch for stowage.

ENTRANCE
The entrance is a sliding resin panel with a small plexiglas hatch that close vertically.

WINCHES
Harken H 40 STA.

MAINSAIL TRACK
Traveller from Harken

MAINSAIL
The mainsail system is composed by Harken tower and a tackle with carbon blocks.

GENNAKER
Gennaker system composed by Harken sheet turning blocks and by a Spinlock tack and bowsprit extension system

GENOA
Sheet control with Harken track and car end fold-out turning blocks controlled from the cockpit.

HALYARDS
1 Spectra mainsail halyard.
1 Spectra Gennaker halyard at head mast.
1 Spectra Genoa halyard (with transmission 1:6).

STOPPERS
N° 3 Spinlock Stoppers.

VANG
Fixed power vang from Nordic.

RIGGING
MAST build by Nordic
The mast is a 9/10 rigged slimline carbon profile, complete with two tiers of 23° splayed spreaders, mainsail halyard, gennaker halyard at mast head, genoa halyard all in Spectra.
The shrouds are in stainless steel rod with tip-cup complete white tensioners.
The mast is equipped with sail track and black or white mainsail cars.

BOOM
The boom is built in carbon fibre, complete of outhaul with internal tackle and mount on the boom, n° 1 reefline.

BOWSPRIT
Carbon fiber bowsprit with 90 mm section complete whit extension system and gennaker tack, drifter and light air Vectran tack.

FORESTAY
Black anodised aluminium

JIB FURLER
Bartels below the deck jip furler.

NAVIGATION LIGHTS SYSTEM
Navigation light system controlled by an electric panel
inside the boat.


OPTIONS
TEAK DECK / COCKPIT BOTTOM
Deck and Cockpit is covered by the best quality teak whit grain running parallel planks, whit well matched colors. Final thickness is 5 mm and each plank is 45 mm.
The teak is glued using epoxy resin. The deck seams are caulked with black elastic seam compound.

PAINT
Special colour may be chosen by the customer and
RAL-standards are available.

LIFTING KEEL HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The hydraulic system is composed of two hydraulic cylinders.

HYDRAULIC MAST JACK
Single hydraulic cylinder in the mastfoot.
